The Multiple Rinse Philosophy
Skin and its care are our top priority. The benefits of water
go well beyond the surface. Insufficient water, both inside
and
out, along with dehydration from the environment can accelerate
skin problems. We can live without food much longer than we
can without water. The human body is made of 70% water.
Using warm water on the skin thoroughly cleanses, gently exfoliates
and hydrates the face. Your skin is like a plum; if it lacks
water, it becomes dehydrated and turns into a wrinkled prune.
But soak
that prune in warm water overnight and it plumps up again.
Simple? – yes, but it works.
It is never too early to start on this routine, but it is also
never too late. Skin has great powers of regeneration and
responds well to this multiple rinse routine.
If the skin is to function as nature intended, you need to
consistently replace the water you lose on a daily basis.

2. After just 48 hours, the prune in water has become dramatically
more plump (hydrated) and softened by water absorption. |
The Importance of Water Inside & Out
Water has 5 important functions; it is a lubricant, a solvent,
a transportant, a coolant and a dispersant.
In sports medicine physicians advise athletes to drink pure
water rather than mineral water because it is easier for
the body to
convert pure water into intracellular fluid. Research shows
that water consumption during activity increases endurance
and muscles
remain relaxed rather than tense when activity is over.
The multiple rinsing routine replaces lost moisture and protects
the skin of athletes against the environment hazards of
modern active/outdoor life.
At The Sher System it is our mission to help people take
that positive step to improve the quality of their skin.
An active/outdoor life is a basic bodily need. The human
body is built for use and without it will deteriorate.
The benefits of regular exercise:

- Blood volume per beat increases
- Coronary circulation increases
- Pulse rate decreases
- Pulse recovery rate decreases
Lungs:
- Capacity increases
- Circulation increases
- Efficiency increases
Muscles:
- Circulation increases
- Size, strength and endurance increase
- Oxygen debt capacity increases
Bones and Ligaments:
- Strength increases
- Joint tissues strengthen
Metabolism:
- Body fats decease
- Blood sugars decrease
