Delivery
DELIVERY AND SHOPPING POLICY FOR UNITED KINGDOM
If you purchase any of the programmes for the first time, your order will be delivered by courier (UPS). If you place the order before 2pm Monday to Thursday, the package will be despatched on the same day for next day delivery. If orders are placed before 2pm on a Friday, the package will be despatched on the same day for delivery the following Monday (UPS do not usually deliver packages on Saturdays). Please note that a signature is required upon delivery of the package and delivery hours are between 8.30am and 6pm.
Repeat orders will be delivered by Royal Mail services.
UPS/Royal Mail will be unable to deliver the package if there is no-one in to sign for the item and if the delivery address is in an area of the UK where UPS/Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery.
The Sher System cannot be held responsible if on occasions, delivery takes longer than these times.
Please note that the services above exclude bank holidays or public holidays.
