Outdoor Life and your skin
Regular physical exercise shows up vividly in all aspects of your appearance, including your complexion.
The effect of exercise is to boost the circulation, lower the blood pressure, reduce muscle tension and control weight, as well as producing the endorphins that make you feel euphoric and relaxed.
As the oxygen surges into every cell in your body, nutrients are absorbed more efficiently.
For younger people, hard exercise is ideal, but regular brisk walking for all age-groups is enormously beneficial.
If you’re wisely taking plenty of exercise, note the advice of every sports-coach: drink plenty of water. Your skin needs a constant source of moisture, and at least six glasses of water (still, not sparkling) will keep the skin supple and youthful. It will also help flush-out unwanted toxins and aid digestion.
